For me, I like my reds full-bodied and voluptuous (and I
won't say that doesn't also catch my eye in women as well),
but without any tart acidity, which this Cab unfortunately
has. I think that the oak has imparted too much, which
draws the flavors away from the fruit. Given several more
years of bottle aging, this wine might show more character,
and more plum.
