This completes the trifecta of wines from La Valle, and
this one is wonderful (I still have to write the review for
the Solicino), but this wine is a wonderful rose, especially
for the price, which is less than $5.
The taste is semi-sweet (okay, just a little more than
that). I could say I taste some strawberries, but I can
actually taste more than that, including what seems like
even candied pastries; I kid you not.
This has a perfect level of sweetness without being
considered one of those 'white' blush wines, but also a nice
bit of depth to it.
All of the La Valle wines are great, and I have already
been turning people onto their red release (a Cabernet Franc).
