An inexpensive wine, 56% Chardonnay, 30% Sauvignon Blanc,
and 14% Verdelho. Not bad, not phenomenal, but a wonderful
wine to just drink during the day. More grassy and filled
with crisp citrus. The recipe changes from year to year,
but it's definitely a wine that would easily cater to a room
full of people.
